Resident Life

Good Samaritan Home enables those with modest means to enjoy affordable housing with features such as a private room, a large and spacious common room area and TV room, and a chef who cooks three wholesome meals a day.

Good Samaritan Home provides residents with a family-like atmosphere where they receive support, a connection with the community, and the ability to participate in activities with others.

A Boise Institution

Good Samaritan Home was among the first to provide a solution to homelessness in Boise. Our founder recognized that the only way to solve chronic homelessness was to provide permanent housing and meals to individuals in need.

That mission is as important as ever. We are still in the same location on State Street, achieving the same goal of alleviating homelessness. We are committed to our city and to the lives of those who call Boise Home.
